The problem with our rigid, time-pressed, work-obsessed culture is that we’re always playing catch-up. Sometimes you have motivation for cooking or exercising, other times… it goes on the back burner. You want to plan and prepare, but it’s hard to know where to start until it reaches a boiling point.

Unfortunately, ignoring our health leads to health issues, chronic aches, pains… or worse, a serious disease.

As more and more integrative approaches became available to help them lead much better quality lives than what drugs alone could afford, I started researching these techniques together with conventional medicines to help my patients. I’ve seen patients turn things around, and I’ve seen others throw up their hands and say, “I’m doomed!”

Listen, you are not doomed. You have the power to increase your quality of life — your health, your relationships, and your work-life balance. If you’re concerned about any of these matters, continuing the status quo will not work. That is not the fullest expression of who you are meant to be.
